Registration

The first step of the registration process depends on whether or not you already have a student enrolled in at least one of our schools.

Yes! I have a student already enrolled in GVSD, but need to enroll a new student.

Please log in to your Family Access account in Skyward and click on the "New Student Online Enrollment" tab at the top left to enter this new student's information.

No. I am new to GVSD and don't have children already enrolled in a GVSD school.

You must first request a Family Access account. Please click here to request an enrollment account by using a valid email address.

• Complete the information and then submit the request. You will receive an email that includes your login and password. 
• Click the link in the email to begin the enrollment process.
• Complete the application form and click the "Submit Application" button.
• Once you have submitted the online portion of your student's enrollment, please move on to STEP TWO.

Note that this process may be completed for multiple new students.

Once step one is complete, you are required to submit the following documents via email to our registration office.

• Primary proof of residence (settlement statement, tax bill, lease, or deed)
• Two additional proofs of occupancy (utility bill, insurance document, driver's license, voter registration, auto registration, etc). THREE proofs for multiple occupancy.
• Birth Certificate or Passport
• Current immunizations
• Recent report card (for grades 1 - 8; for grades 9 - 12, a transcript is required)
• IEP or GIEP (if applicable)
