The Great Valley School District looks forward to welcoming your family!

A central registration system (meaning that registration happens at the District Office and not in each school) is used for all new students. Children must be five years old on or before September 15 of the school year to be admitted to Kindergarten. We register students year-round using the two-step process outlined below.

2026-2027 School Year

Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, Great Valley School District will transition to Infinite Campus as its new student information system (SIS). Infinite campus will replace Skyward, which has served as the district's primary platform for managing student records, attendance, and grades.

Registration for 2026-27 is Now Open: New student registration for the 2026-27 school year is now open through Infinite Campus. Once you have created your account (see instructions below), you can access the Online Registration Update link on the bottom right side of your Parent Portal.

New Family Account Creation: All parents/guardians will need to create a new account in Infinite Campus. Detailed instructions on how to create your account are provided below.

Existing Family Account Creation: All parents/guardians will need to create a new account in Infinite Campus and will receive communication regarding an Annual Update before the 2026-27 school year begins. Please note that if you create an account now, it will allow Portal access only. Parents/Guardians will not yet have the ability to view information such as teacher assignments or schedules. This information will be made available prior to the beginning of the 2026-27 school year.

How to Create your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account

To begin, click the following link: Great Valley Infinite Campus Parent Portal (Infinite Campus Portal works best in the Google Chrome browser)

Click New User?
Enter your Activation Key (If you do not have an Activation Key, please use this Kiosk link.)
Create a Parent Username and Password — your username should not contain any spaces. Please write down your username and password for future reference.
Click Submit
Click Back to Login
Enter your Parent Username and Password
Click Log In
Add an Account Security Email so that you can recover your password and/or username. The Campus Password is the one you just created.

You should now be on the Parent Portal and able to see your student(s) by clicking "Today" on the left side of the screen. On the right side under "Shortcuts," you will find the link for Online Registration Update, where you can begin a registration application for new or incoming students for the 2026-27 school year.

STEP ONE: Compile ALL Required Documents

Once you have created your Parent Portal account (see instructions above), please gather the following documents before beginning your registration:

One Primary proof of residence:
- Deed
- Valid Lease including signature page
- Property Tax Bill
- Settlement Statement
Two additional proofs of Occupancy – must show guardian name and address
- Current utility bill
- Current credit card bill
- Bank statement
- PENNDOT identification or driver's license
- PENNDOT vehicle registration
- Copy of a state/federal program enrollment
- Copy of a paycheck stub with name and address of employer and employee
- Residency affidavit
One Proof of student's age
- Original Birth Certificate
- Valid passport
Current Immunizations
- Student's immunization records (List of required immunizations)
- Documentation of a valid exemption from immunization requirements, if the student is exempt.
Recent Report Card (for grades 1-8; for grades 9-12, a transcript is required)

IEP or GIEP (if applicable)

504 (if applicable)

Custody Papers (if applicable)
