Policies and Governance

  1. Continue the review all District policies as we begin the next phase of the 3-year cycle;
    1. Metric:
      1. Review all policies every three years to ensure all policies are no more than three years old;
      2. As policies are reviewed / revised / added, provide an internal communication to increase awareness of all policies and AGs.
  2. Respond to all policy changes driven by legislation and PDE within a 2- month timeframe or earlier if advised by the District solicitor or dictated by legislation.
  3. Provide professional development for policies requiring staff compliance, i.e., social media policy.
