Please read the important information below related to early school closings due to weather or other emergencies.
Pick Up Patrol is now the fast and easy way to notify us of a change to your child’s dismissal plan in the event of an early closing. No longer do you need to call or email the school office. Instead, log into the Pick Up Patrol system from your mobile device or computer to tell us. Don’t yet have a Pick Up Patrol account? One important reminder for families who use the YMCA for after-school care: If our schools close early due to weather, the YMCA will also close and after care will not be available for your child. On the day of early closure, you will be able to use Pick Up Patrol to share your child’s dismissal plan for the day with us, including the name of the person designated to pick your child up from school.
If your child does not have a pre-assigned bus (meaning they don’t normally ride the bus), they cannot use the bus on an early dismissal day.
