Dear Charlestown Families,

This school year is finally over.  Thanks to everyone for making this year the best it could under the conditions.  Congratulations to our 5th graders and I wish you the best next year.  Below is the last informational items I need to share.

Dear Charlestown families,

  • Student Materials
    • Thanks to everyone who has picked up their student materials.  I still have 15 families who have not picked up their child’s materials yet.  Please email me directly to schedule a time to do so ASAP.  Thank you.

 

  • Spring Pictures – Lifetouch
    • I apologize in advance for the difficulty some families are having receiving their pictures.  Spring pictures were never scheduled to be shipped to Charlestown before or during COVID-19.  If you ordered pictures and have yet to receive them, please use the live chat feature on the website mylifetouch.com .  If you ordered pictures and have not contacted me already or lifetouch directly, please email me.  I am trying to see how big of an issue this has become for Charlestown.  The issues we are experiencing are mostly because of the complications with COVID-19.  Lifetouch is still closed based on the state regulations around COVID-19.  I am in contact with our rep and have shared my frustration around misinformation that their company is sharing with Charlestown families.  Please know I am doing everything I can to solve the issues, however, until they open back up, we are just going to have to wait.  I am sorry for the delay.
