1. No request for a bus stop change will be granted which, in the opinion of school personnel, may in any way endanger the safety of a student.
2. No request for a bus stop change will be granted which causes the District to incur additional expense.

All requests for a permanent route or stop change must be made at least five (5) working days in advance of the beginning date of the proposed change.  All requests should be sent to transportation@gvsd.org or Great Valley School District at 301 Lindenwood Drive Suite 210, Malvern, PA 19355, attention:  Transportation Department.  When your change has been approved, parents are asked to send a follow-up note regarding the change to their child's school office.  Some bus stop change requests may take one to two weeks to complete.

School bus drivers do not have the authority to change or create a bus stop or to change a bus route.
