Building a 5/6 Center in the Great Valley School District
The Great Valley School District is currently in the process of designing and building a new school to address growing enrollment. The new facility will be a 5/6 Center that will welcome all fifth and sixth grade students district-wide, shifting that enrollment out of our current elementary and middle schools. The 5/6 Center will be a state-of-the art facility that will be located on the site adjacent to the current K.D. Markley Elementary School. It is scheduled to open in the fall of 2024. The estimated cost of the project is $80 million.
