We live in a digitally connected world.  Modern students have access to a wealth of information, which allows them to create, develop, share, and tweet for a global audience. In order to safely, and effectively use these tools students need to learn the rules of digital citizenship.  They need to develop digital netiquette as they learn how to interact appropriately with those around themDigital citizenship also requires that students learn how to keep private information private.  Finally, students need to develop digital literacy so that they know how to interpret and share messages in an online world.
