Annual Goals

Develop a three-year strategic communications plan with goals, objectives, key communication messages, strategies for communication, organizational structure, and goals for the professional development of administrative staff, community engagement, and brand values.

Publish an Annual Report to the community that showcases district progress and student and staff achievements throughout the academic year.

Create a monthly internal newsletter to keep all staff informed of important updates, initiatives, and district news.

Enhance the district website to improve access to information and resources

Initiate training administrators in PDE’s Common Ground Framework with an emphasis on trauma-informed classroom practices.

Develop a shared philosophy and approach to guide disciplinary practices.

Administer a staff climate survey by February.

Provide three formal presentations to the Board of Directors regarding progress on the District’s Equity Plan.
