Budget
The Great Valley Board of School Directors annually approves a budget for the fiscal year in June. The budget supports an outstanding educational program for students in grades K through 12 while also demonstrating fiscal responsibility to our taxpayers. In addition, the Great Valley Board of School Directors hold a budgeting philosophy focused on long-term planning and fiscal stability. In addition, the Board supports the maintenance of a strong Capital Reserve Fund in order to provide a stable mechanism to fund capital improvements.

The Great Valley School District has been repeatedly recognized by both the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) and the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for its excellence in financial reporting.
