Welcome to Lingua Latina

The Latin language has been alive and kicking for three thousand years. When high school students study Latin, they learn the foundation and structures of languages and acquire a treasure trove of vocabulary that will help them with any language, especially the Romance Languages. Latin is extremely useful for supplementing English language skills as well. Studying Latin provides a wonderful foundation for all future communication skills.
