Hello!  I am Mrs. Search and I have been teaching here at GVMS since 1993 (I know that sounds like a really long time to 8th graders, and it is!).   For most of those years I have been teaching 8th grade and am looking forward to sharing this year with my students.  I anticipate hearing how you spent your summer; some of you who have stopped by have visited amazing places.  I hope your summer was as relaxing and renewing as ours.  We spent a good deal of time at our swim club (my kids are on the swim team) and college orientations and drop offs (I did a lot of driving) and enjoyed some family time!  

Some of the school activities that I am involved with are Team 8A and all its activities and trips,  NJHS,  GVSSC, 7th Grade Field Hockey, 7th Grade Girls Lacrosse, Henlopen, and most 8th grade activities. Many of you know that Mr. Search and I have four children who attended Great Valley and this keeps us busy in the GV community. Our oldest son is a 4th year Music Education major at West Chester University.. Our triplets are now in college at Penn State, Delaware County Community College and Bloomsburg respectively and I look forward to seeing what their future holds.
