Requesting Tech Support

  • If your student has trouble accessing technology or the online tools we are using, please submit an IssueTrak, via the app already installed on the iPad, or by emailing issuetrak@gvsd.org.

    Also, be sure to communicate any challenges you are facing with the teacher via email.

    Other Support:

    • In-person tech support (via a technology support window) is available between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at District Office (47 Church Road). Families can drop off an iPad and talk with a technician to receive support. Drive around to the back of District Office and look for the orange cones. A technician will take the device through the window to troubleshoot any issue your child might be having. No need to even enter the building.
