Requesting Tech Support
If your student has trouble accessing technology or the online tools we are using, please submit an IssueTrak, via the app already installed on the iPad, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, be sure to communicate any challenges you are facing with the teacher via email.

- In-person tech support (via a technology support window) is available between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and again from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, at District Office (47 Church Road). Families can drop off an iPad and talk with a technician to receive support. Drive around to the back of District Office and look for the orange cones. A technician will take the device through the window to troubleshoot any issue your child might be having. No need to even enter the building. (Note: this service begins on September 8.)
