    Tues April 18 2:30-3:45 PM (note time change, we will be going outside)

    Tues April 25 2:30- 3:30 PM (***if weather is good, we will be outside for 1/2 the class)

    Envirothon competition

    Hibernia County Park 

    Thursday April 27th  All day. I will email the exact schedule and meet up spot for the AM.

    School will provide transportation to/from competition.

    Please dress for the weather and bring a bag lunch and drink.

    Interested in the environment and becoming an environmental expert?

    Attention all 6th thru 8th graders- Would you like to learn more about the environment? Did you ever wonder what bird was singing in your backyard or what tree is the first to get its leaves in the spring? Ever wonder what types of wildlife live in PA? Then join the MS Envirothon Team- we will meet afterschool starting Nov 2022 until April 2023. Meetings in the spring may include presentations from environmentalists, fish and game officers, foresters etc. 

    If you are interested in participating or have questions, please send Mrs. Lester an email at alester@gvsd.org.

    Envirothon will meet from Nov 2022- April 2023. Meetings will be held after school from 2:30-3:30 PM. These meetings will be announced here. Please make sure you have a ride promptly at 3:30 PM- no exceptions.
