Hi everyone! I am thrilled to introduce myself to you all!

My name is Casey Cerullo and I am General Wayne Elementary School's Long-term Substitute School Counselor for the first half of the 2019/20 school year. After graduating from James Madison University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I returned home to Pennsylvania and spent a year substitute teaching in the Great Valley School District at all grade levels and special subjects. I couldn't be happier to now be a part of the Great Valley community serving students in a different role!

I earned my Master's of Education in School Counseling from West Chester University and gained experience working as a school counselor in the elementary, middle, and high school levels and have been exposed to a lot of the challenges facing students today. I will use those experiences in my time here to help each and every student at GWES succeed and feel empowered as a member of this community and beyond!

When I'm not at GWES, I enjoy running outdoors, practicing yoga, trying new things (especially new food!), and traveling. I look forward to meeting you all and encourage you to reach out to say hello!
