Thank you for coming to my website.  As summer winds down I find myself thinking about my students; wondering if they are having a great summer, wondering if they are reading, or perhaps writing. I wonder if they are practicing their math facts.  My hope for this year is to help my students develop the confidence and wherewithal to thrive; to contribute, to be at peace with themselves so that the risk-taking which is necessary for growth in all aspects of life will come easily enough as soon to be second nature.
