    I firmly believe that children learn through doing, and that 5 and 6 year olds learn through play.  I have designed a program that reflects my philosophy and research into best instructional practice.  Each month, beginning in October, I will post an “enrichment activities calendar” which lists appropriate activities that our Kindergarten kiddos will find interesting and FUN.  You and your child have choice and flexibility in these activities; feel free to do as many of the activities as your child wishes, in whatever order suits you and your child!  Additionally, you can be creative in modifying or extending the activity as you see fit.
