• Advocacy

     
    Every student in middle school starts out their day in an Advocacy class. 
    Advocacy is a place to build friendships, relationships, and a support system. It is a place where students can feel supported and safe within the school environment. Advocacy is founded on the Full Value Contract, the principles of the contract are as follows:
     
    Saftey
    Keep ourselves and each other physically and emotionally safe.
     
    Valuing Language and Behavior
    Act and speak in a way that puts people up, not down.
     
    Honest Feedback
    Give and receive concrete, thoughtful, honest feedback.
     
    Let it go and Move on
    Know when to let something go and move on.
     
    Challenge by Choice
    Each person must take responsibility for their own actions - It is their choice to participate.
