Mrs. Gimbel is married to Mr. Gimbel, who is a fourth grade teacher at K. D. Markley. Mr. and Mrs. Gimbel have a daughter, Ava, who is an 8th grader at GVMS. The Gimbels have many pets: three cats - Amber, Mittens, and Ollie; one young dog - Maisie; two hermit crabs - Rebo and Phin; and one fish - Mr. Stitch Fish. Some of Mrs. Gimbel's favorite places to visit include Jamaica, Rehoboth Beach, and Disney World. While at home, Mrs. Gimbel enjoyes reading, gardening, and eating out.
