GVHS PRESIDENT’S VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARDS
Students at Great Valley Middle School and Great Valley High School may be eligible to receive The President’s Volunteer Service Award for completed community service during the year (May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021). The Award recognizes the important role of volunteers and honors individuals whose service positively impacts communities.
This program is led by the Corporation for National and Community Service and managed in partnership with Points of Light. It is not a program of the Great Valley School District; however, the Great Valley School District does apply on the students’ behalf as a qualified organization. Award categories and the corresponding number of eligible volunteer hours within the award period are below:
To qualify for a President’s Volunteer Service Award, the student or parent/guardian must complete the entire application form, including the student’s age and grade, no later than May 1, 2021.
