WELCOME PARENTS AND NEW STUDENTS!
The Great Valley School District offers a central registration system for new students. Once the paperwork is completed on-line, registration takes place at the Administration Building at 47 Church Road, Malvern. If you are the parent of multiple new students, all of your children can be registered at one time at that location. *If you are registering a high school student, a representative from the high school will call to set up a follow-up appointment once the registration is completed at the Administration Building. This appointment takes place at the high school with a counselor so that the student's schedule can be created prior to his/her first day of school.
*10th - 12th grade students - A high school transcript listing courses taken, grades and credits earned from each high school the student attended is required for registration. In addition, if transferring after the current school year has started, the most recent report card or list of classes for that year is required.
*9 grade students - a final 8th grade report card is required at registration. In addition, if transferring after the current school year has started, the most recent report card or list of classes is required.
*12 grade students - a second dose of MCV is required.
*7th grade students - Tdap and MCV vaccines are required.
