New Student Registration Procedure
Welcome Parents & New Students!
The Great Valley School District offers a central registration system for new students. Once paperwork is completed on-line, registration takes place at the Administration Building at 47 Church Road, Malvern. If you are the parent/guardian of multiple new students, all of your children can be registered at one time.
*If you are registering a high school student, a representative from the high school will call to set up a follow-up appointment once the registration is completed at the Administration Building. This appointment takes place at the high school with a counselor so that the student's schedule can be created prior to the student’s first day of school.
*Students in Gr 10-12 :
A high school transcript listing courses taken, grades and credits earned from each high school the student previously attended is required for registration. In addition, if transferring after the current school year has started, the most recent report card or list of classes for that year is required.
*Students in Gr 9 :
A final 8th grade report card is required at registration. In addition, if transferring after the current school year has started, the most recent report card or list of classes is required.
*Gr 12 - a second dose of MCV is required.
*Gr 7 - Tdap and MCV vaccines are required.
