Great Valley Middle School

A little about me:

2020 marks the beginning of my twenty-second year at Great Valley Middle School; I feel extremely fortunate to be apart of such a wonderful learning community.

Previously, I taught in Oxford Area School District for four years and at the Chester County Intermediate Unit for one year.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Special Education at West Chester University and my master's degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University of Delaware.

This is my sixth year as an Executive Functioning instructor and a Writing Support instructor. This involves the unique opportunity to work with students in grades six through eight which is a lot of fun. I am excited to return to co-teaching eighth grade English/Language Arts (ELA) with Mrs. Malseed. Additionally, I teach an ELA support class that reinforces skills taught in the general class and remidiates individual student specific skills as needed.
