Family Survey
All GVSD families were invited to participate in a family survey in November 2021.

• Family members of students at Great Valley School District elementary schools were surveyed about their perceptions of their school in terms of Engagement, Relationships, Culture, School Safety, Resources, and Communication and Feedback. 
• Family members of students at Great Valley Middle School were surveyed about their perceptions of their school in terms of Engagement, Relationships, Culture, School Safety, Resources, and Communication and Feedback. 
• Family members of students at GVHS were surveyed about their perceptions of their school in terms of Engagement, Relationships, Culture, School Safety, Resources, and Communication and Feedback.

Student Survey
Students in grades 4 through 12 were surveyed in the fall of 2021. 

• Students in Great Valley elementary schools were surveyed about their perceptions of their schools in terms of Engagement, Academic Challenge, Culture, Belonging & Peer Collaboration, and Relationships. In addition, students provided feedback about Emotional and Mental Health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

• Students at GVHS were surveyed about their perceptions of their schools in terms of Engagement, Academic Challenge, Culture, Belonging & Peer Collaboration, Relationships, and College & Career Readiness. In addition, students provided feedback about Emotional and Mental Health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. 

Staff Survey
Staff members at all Great Valley schools were surveyed in November 2021 about their perceptions of their school in terms of Culture, Engagement, Relationships, and Professional Development & Support and School Safety.
