To help ensure a smooth application and verification process, please avoid the following common errors.

 *           Emails for students, parents, and/or coaches are entered incorrectly.

*           The date range that is entered for recording ALT PE hours does not correspond with the dates set forth by the Great Valley School District.

*           Applications and verifications are submitted after the posted deadline.

*           The coach of an activity not sponsored by Great Valley has not be notified of the application and the need for verification.

*           The activity on the verification does not match the activity for which the student applied at the beginning of the semester.
