Hey, we've all been there. You have a bad day or maybe you missed a PE day and you want to bring up your grade. I will be happy to work with you to bring up your grade but we should first hold a conversation about expectations. Then, you can choose what works best for you. Here are some options:
1. Take a spare HRM home with you and complete a 30 minute cardio session.
2. Listen to a health or fitness podcast and provide a one paragraph summary.
3. Attend a local fitness event (5K, Half-Marathon, Marathon).
4. Use a GPS app and record a 30 minute cardio session (bike, walk, run).
5. Download and try a fitness app (minimum 45 minute workout).
6. Student created activity
