Welcome to my teacher page at K.D.Markley Elementary School. My name is Paige Seaton and I have been teaching in the field of Music Education at both the elementary and middle school levels for 19 years. Since I started teaching in the Great Valley School District, I've had the opportunity to teach general music k-8, instrumental music at both the elementary and middle school level and middle school choir. Additionally, I am an active member and serve on the board of the Philadelphia Area Orff-Schulwerk Association.

I received my undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Robert E. Cook Honors College, where I studied flute. I received my Master of Music Education Degree with a concentration in Orff-Schulwerk from West Chester University and am also Orff-Schulwerk Level III Certified. I have continued to pursue post-graduate work in music education, pedagogy and technology.
