    Picture retakes are scheduled for Wednesday, October 30th from 9:00 - 10:00. Students should bring their original picture packet for the photographer.   • Outstanding Alumni Inducted to Wall of Fame

    As part of its Homecoming celebration on Fri., Oct. 18, the Great Valley School District inducted three outstanding alumni to its Wall of Fame. Wall of Fame Inductees for 2019 are: Kathryn J. Barrett (Class of 1972), W. Eric Shrader (Class of 1975), and Scott C. Hennessy (Class of 1977).

  • Community Invited to Participate in Facilities Planning

    This fall, the community is invited to join the District in future facilities planning. To set the stage and establish a baseline understanding, the findings of a recent data collection process will be presented. Two additional "workshop" sessions will generate community conversation, where discussion will focus on future facility needs, allocation of resources, and an anticipated schedule for building improvements.   • Speaker Series Events Scheduled for 2019-2020

    The Great Valley School District will once again host a Speaker Series during the 2019-2020 school year that will focus on both the physical and mental well-being of the community. In partnership with local community organizations and mental health experts, the Speaker Series will offer evening learning opportunities for parents, staff, and the community. District Announcements

  • Drama Guild to Present "The 39 Steps"
    The Great Valley High School Drama Guild will present "The 39 Steps." Performances are November 22 and 23. Evening performances are at 7:30 p.m. on both nights, with a matinee at 2:00 p.m. on November 23. Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $10 for students/seniors 65 years and over. Seniors 65 years and over are free for the Saturday matinee performance. Performances will be held at Great Valley High School.
