Greetings! My name is Jennifer Sahijwani, and I will be your child’s fifth grade teacher. I am a graduate of Shippensburg and Neumann Universities and have a Master's degree in Education. In 2019, I graduated from West Chester University with a Master's degree in Reading. I became certified in ESL through the CCIU and Neumann University in 2021. As you can see, I love being a student as well as a teacher! 

I enjoy spending time with family (especially my nieces and nephew!) and friends outside of school. My husband, Raj, and I love to travel. Our best trip was in summer 2019 when we visited Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand and learned many new things. This summer I spent time at the beach, read some great books, and prepared for the school year.

General Wayne Elementary is a great place for students to learn and grow. Fifth graders are awesome! They are fun, energetic, and excited to learn! I look forward to the time with our "Room 2 Family" each day.
