Hi I'm Mr. Schreiber and I am excited to be teaching 5th Grade Learning Support and Emotional Support (K-5) this year at KDM!

There are 5 people in my family: my Dad, Mom, my brother Jack, and my sister Emily.  I am the second of three children and love spending time with my family.  I grew up in Ridley Park, PA and LOVED running around my neighborhood and riding my bike for hours.  I spent so much of my time when I was in grades K-5 outside exploring and playing with friends and family.  When I was in 6th grade I moved to West Chester, PA and really enjoyed traveling around the area and meeting new friends.  I have also lived in New York City for mutliple summers as part of a summer school program, and feel lucky to have so many different living experiences!

In 2011 I decided to go to Temple University and get my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education.  I spent a lot of time in schools in Philadelphia and learned so much about working with students and their families.  My love for education grew over my college career and I can't imagine doing anything else! I loved it so much that I decided to go back to college and get my Masters in Education.  In this program I was able to student teach at KDM and absolutely fell in love with the KDM family! This is now my third year as a full-time teacher at KDM and look forward to learning all about my new students!
