    Day 124 - Thursday 3/12 and Friday 3/13 - Today we went over test results and learned how to calculate the percent composition of a compound.  Students worked on pages 3 and 4 of the Unit 9 packet.   HW - 1) Pages 3/4 due Monday.  2) Chemistry Research Project due 4/20


    Day 123 - Wednesday, 3/11 - Today we started Unit 9 and learned about the mole and how to calculate molar mass of elements and compounds.  Students worked on pages 1 and 2 of the new white packet. HW - 1) Pages 1/2 due tomorrow for pds 2/3 and on Friday for pds 4/7.

    Day 116 - Monday, 3/2 - Today we worked on writing complete and net ionic equations.  Students worked on pages 13 and 14 in the white packet. HW - 1) Complete page 14 in white packet.


    Day 115 - Friday 2/28 - Students watch a video on combustion reactants and chemical reactions and answered questions about the video.  HW - 1) Submit three potential online sources through Canvas.  The last day to change your topic is March 6th.

    Day 112 - Tuesday, 2/25 - Today we discussed the specifics of double replacement reactions and how to use the solubility table on the back of the "pink sheet" to determine if a reaction will take place.  Students completed page 12 in the white packet to practice predicting products of DR reactions. HW - 1) Finish page 12 of the white packet.   2) Try to find three good potential sources for your project.  Research project is due 4/20.


    Day 111 - Monday, 2/24 - Today we discussed the specifics of single replacement reactions and how to use the activity series of metals to determine if a reaction will take place.  Students completed page 11 in the white packet to practice predicting products of SR reactions.     Day 108 - Wednesday, 2/19 - Today we discussed the project rubric and the basics of how students will be graded.  Afterwards we took notes on the five types of chemical reactions.  Students then practiced classifying reactions by completing CQ8B and pages 7/8 of the white packet.  HW - 1) Finish pages 7/8 of the white packet.   2) Select research topic Friday  Project due 4/20.


    Day 107 - Tuesday, 2/18 - Today we discussed the results of the IMF Lab, performed the gummy bear demonstration, took notes on balancing equations and then practiced balancing equations by completing pages 4-6.   HW - 1) 5/6 in white packet.   2) "The Wonders of Glue" article questions are due tomorrow.  3) Research Project is due 4/20/20


    Day 106 - Thursday, 2/13 - Today we went over the test results and then introduced Unit 8 by looking at energy diagrams.  Students worked on CQ8A to introduce chemical equations and how to balance them.   HW - 1) CQ8A due Tuesday   2) "The Wonders of Glue" article questions are due on Wednesday  3) Research Project is due 4/20/20

    Day 102 - Friday, 2/7 - Today we performed the Smells lab.    HW - 1) Unit 7 Test on Tuesday  2) Wear closed-toe shoes Monday.  3) Read the IMF Lab document on Canvas and write a  10 sentence summary of the lab that discussed the purpose, general procedures used, and a hypothesis.


    Day 101 - Thursday, 2/6 - Today we checked pages 14 & 15, reviewed IMF, went over the quiz results, and worked on the Smell Lab prelab to prepare for tomorrow's lab.. HW - 1) Unit 7 Test on Tuesday  2) Wear closed-toe shoes tomorrow & Monday.  3) Optional test practice on pages 8, 16, 17 of white packet.


    Day 100 - Wednesday, 2/5 - Today we took notes on molecule polarity and types of intermolecular forces.  We watched a videoclip on IMF and then practiced by competing pages 14 & 15. HW - 1) Unit 7 Test on Tuesday


    Day 99 - Tuesday, 2/4 - Today we checked pages 12/13, watched a quick video to review VSEPR, and then took the quiz. HW - 1) Unit 7 Test next Tuesday


    Day 98 - Monday, 2/3 - Today students worked on pages 8, 12, and 13 as we finished up VSEPR and prepare for tomorrow's quiz. HW - 1) Work on page 8 --> optional practice   2) Quiz tomorrow on all material from beginning of unit up to and including VSEPR (Geometry) and the polarity lab.


    Day 97 - Friday, 1/31 - Today we finished the notes on molecular geometry (VSEPR) and then students worked on finishing the VSEPR model building lab.   HW - 1) Work on page 8 --> optional practice   2) Quiz on Tuesday.  Will cover all material from beginning of unit up to and including VSEPR (Geometry) and the polarity lab.


    Day 96 - Thursday, 1/30 - Today we took notes on molecular geometry (VSEPR) and then students started the VSEPR model building lab.   HW - 1) Finish CQ7B


    Day 95 - Wednesday, 1/29 - Today we checked the HW, practiced drawing the Lewis structures for chlorate and phosphate ions, and then introduced molecular geometry (VSEPR).  Students worked on CQ7B to learn more about VSEPR. HW - 1) Finish page 7 of white packet


    Day 94 - Tuesday, 1/28 - Today we checked the HW and then introduced the concept of polar vs nonpolar molecules.  We discussed basic properties of polar vs nonpolar molecule and then completed the Intro to Polarity Lab Activity.  Students then started the HW.   HW - 1) Finish pages 5 & 6 of white packet


    Day 93 - Monday, 1/27 - Today we checked the HW and then continued to practice drawing Lewis structures. We introduced the concept of formal charges and expanded octets.  Students worked on pages 3 & 4 of the white packet.   HW - 1) Finish pages 3 & 4 of white packet


    Day 92 - Friday, 1/24 - Today we continued to practice drawing Lewis structures and introduced the concept of resonance. Students worked on CQ7A Part 2 and pages 1 & 2 of the white packet.   HW - 1) Finish pages 1 & 2 of new white packet


    Day 91 - Thursday, 1/23 - Today we learned how to use electronegativity to determine bonding type between two atoms.  We also started to learn how to construct Lewis structures for simple molecules.  Students worked on CQ7A.   HW - 1) Finish CQ7A.


    Day 90 - Wednesday, 1/22 - Today students took the Science & Social Studies Midterm Exams.  HW - 1) None


    Day 89 - Tuesday, 1/21 - Today students took the English & Math Midterm Exams.  HW - 1) Study for tomorrow's Chemistry Midterm @ 8:00am. 


    Day 88 - Friday, 1/17 - Today we had a shortened class due to Language midterms.   HW - 1) Study for Wednesday's Midterm @ 8:00am. 


    Day 87 - Thursday, 1/16 - Today we went over test results, completed midterm practice set #5, and then competed in the Kahoot Midterm Review Game #2.   HW - 1) The Honors Chemistry Midterm Exam will be on Wednesday 1/22 at 8:00am.

    Day 82 - Thursday, 1/9 - Today we went over the ionic bonding quiz results and then we finished up the notes on covalent bonding and nnomenclature.   Afterwards, students practiced applying these concepts by completing pages 13-15 in the white packet.  HW - 1) Finish up page 15 if not completed in class.    2) Study for the Unit 6 Test on Monday


    Day 81 - Wednesday, 1/8 - Today we took notes on covalent bonding and then students worked on CQ6D to learn how to name binary molecular compounds.  Afterwards, students had more time to read section 7.4 on metallic bonding and answer questions on pages 11 & 12 in the white packet.  HW - 1) Read 7.4 and complete pages 11/12 in white packet.  2) Unit 6 Test on Monday


    Day 80 - Tuesday, 1/7 - Today we took the Unit 6 quiz on ionic bonding, naming, and formula writing.  Afterwards students read section 7.4 on metallic bonding and answered questions on pages 11 & 12 in the white packet.  HW - 1) Read 7.4 and complete pages 11/12 in white packet.  2) Unit 6 Test on Monday


    Day 79 - Monday, 1/6 - Today we took notes on metallic bonding and compared it to ionic bonding.  We then participated in the "Ion Master" challenge to prepare for tomorrow's quiz on ionic bonding, naming, and formula writing.  Students worked on pages 9 & 10 to practice for tomorrow's quiz.   HW - 1) Study for tomorrow's quiz  2) Optional pratice on pages 9 & 10.  Answer keys are on Canvas.

    Day 76 - Friday, 12/20 - Early Dismissal - Today we made a painting using the paint that we prepared yesterday through chemical reactions.   HW - 1) Please spend a few minutes each day studying the polyatomic ions in preparation of the Unit 6 Test.

     Day 63 - Tuesday, 12/3 - Today students completed CQ5C to learn about the periodic trend of ionization energy.  We also took notes on how losing/gaining electrons affects the size of atoms.  Afterwards students worked on page 7 to practice.   HW - 1) Start to study the names/formulas of the 20 polyatomic ions on the green sheet.   2) Page 7 due tomorrow  3) Periodic table article due Thursday.  4) Unit 5 Test on Wednesday 12/11.


     Day 62 - Monday, 12/2 - Today students completed CQ5B to learn about the periodic trend of atomic size.  Afterwards we took notes and discussed the main points of CQ5B and the trend of ENC & atomic size.   HW - 1) Start to study the names/formulas of the 20 polyatomic ions on the green sheet.  2) Page 6 due tomorrow  3) Periodic table article due Thursday.


    Day 61 - Tuesday, 11/26 - Today we discussed the trends / patterns for coulombic attraction discussed in CQ5A.  Afterwards we completed the metals/nonmetals/metalloids activity.   HW - 1) Start to study the names/formulas of the 20 polyatomic ions on the green sheet.


    Day 60 - Monday, 11/25 - Today we checked the HW, took notes on properties of metals vs nonmetals, and then students worked on CQ5A - Coulombic Attraction. HW - 1) Finish CQ5A for tomorrow if not finished in class.


    Day 59 - Friday, 11/22 - Today we checked the HW, watched a videoclip about Mendeleev's predictions, performed a sodium in water demonstration, took notes on 6.2, and then worked on pages 4/5 of the white packet. HW - 1) Read section 6.2 and complete pages 4/5 of the new white packet.


    Day 58 - Thursday, 11/21 - Today we went over the Unit 4 Test results and afterwards we took notes and watched videoclips on the early history and arrangement of the periodic table.  Students then tried to apply their learning by completing pages 2/3 of the white packet.  HW - 1) Read section 6.1 and complete pages 2/3 of the new white packet.


    Day 57 - Wednesday, 11/20 - Today we introduced Unit 5 on the periodic table by completing the "Periodic Table of the Aliens" activity.   HW - 1) None


    Day 56 - Tuesday, 11/19- Today students took the Unit 4 Test.   HW - 1) None


    Day 55 - Monday, 11/18 - Today we went over quiz results and then discussed two exceptions to the aufbau principle.   Afterwards students were given time to work on the test review packet.    HW - 1) Work on test practice questions to prepare for tomorrow's Unit 4 Test.  I will be available today after school for extra help if needed.


    Day 54 - Friday, 11/15 - Today we learned how electron configurations are used to draw bohr models and Lewis dot structures of atoms.  We then took the Unit 4 Electron quiz.  Afterwards students worked on page 13.    HW - 1) Finish page 13 in white packet.     2) Electron Game Challenge ends at 7:30am on Monday.     3) Unit 4 Test will be on Tuesday 11/19.


    Day 53 - Thursday, 11/14 - Today we learned about quantum numbers and the addresses of electrons.  Afterwards students worked on CQ4C to introduce Lewis dot structures.  HW - 1) Finish CQ4C if not completed in class.     2) Quiz tomorrow on electron configurations & orbital diagrams.   3) Unit 4 Test will be on Tuesday 11/19.


    Day 52 - Wednesday, 11/13 - Today we reviewed/practiced making orbital diagrams.  Students then worked on pages 8-10 to practice this skill.  HW - 1) Finish pages 8-10      2) Quiz on Friday on Electron Configurations & orbital diagrams.   3) Unit 4 Test will be on Tuesday 11/19.


    Day 51 - Tuesday, 11/12 - Today we watched part of the "Quantum Theory" video, worked on electron configurations, and played the sublevel game. HW - 1) Finish pages 6/7      2) Quiz on Friday on Electron Configurations & orbital diagrams.


    Day 50 - Monday, 11/11 - Today we learned how to write the "shorthand" electron configurations and then we introduced how to construct orbital diagrams.   HW - 1) Finish pages 6/7 for tomorrow.   2) Finish Flame Test Lab for tomorrow.


    Day 49 - Friday, 11/8 - Today we learned how to use the periodic table as a "flow chart" and then we performed the flame test lab.   HW - 1) Finish page 4 for Monday   2) Finish Fireworks article questions for Monday.


    Day 48 - Thursday, 11/7 - Today we learned how to write electron configurations.  HW - 1) Finish page 4 for Monday   2) Finish Fireworks article questions for Monday.


    Day 47 - Wednesday, 11/6 - Today we introduced electron configurations and quantum numbers.  Students worked on finished CQ4B - Part 2.   HW - 1) None


    Day 46 - Friday, 11/1 - Today we reviewed the PhET simulation on the photoelectric effect, took the EM Wave Quiz, and then finished the Gas Emission Spectra Lab. HW - 1) Finish Part I of CQ4B (just the first page front and back) for Wednesday


    Day 45 - Thursday, 10/31 - Today we performed the Gas Spectra Lab. HW - 1) Quiz tomorrow on EM Waves & their calculations.  


     Day 44 - Wednesday, 10/30 - Today we learned about the double slit experiment and the photoelectric effect.  We watched a video explaining the wave particle duality of light and electrons and completed a computer simulation to help better understand the photoelectric effect. HW - 1) Quiz on Friday.


    Day 43 - Tuesday, 10/29 - Today we practiced using the new "combo" formula, took notes on the wave properties, and then worked on CQ4A - The Bohr Model of the Atom.  HW - 1) Pages 3A/3B due tomorrow.


    Day 42 - Monday, 10/28 - Today we continued working with the speed of light equation to complete page 2A/2B.  We then took some notes on E=hv and introduced the idea of "quanta" of energy.   Students then started working on 3A/3B problems.  HW - 1) Unit 3 Article Questions due on Tuesday.  2) 3A/3B due Wednesday.


    Day 41 - Friday, 10/25 - Today we discussed the Unit 3 Test results.  Afterwards we started the Unit 4 Notes on electromagnetic waves and we watched a NASA video to help us visualize amplitude, wavelength, frequency, etc.  We then introduced the speed of light equation and learned how to use it to find wavelength or frequency.   HW - 1) Unit 3 Article Questions due on Tuesday.


     Day 40 - Thursday, 10/24 - Today students share their projects with their peers and peer graded three other students' projects.  Afterwards we watched a video about the most radioactive places on Earth.    HW - 1) Unit 3 Article Questions due on Tuesday.


     Day 39 - Wednesday, 10/23 - Today students took the Unit 3 Test.    HW - 1) Element Project  due tomorrow.


    Day 38 - Tuesday, 10/22 - Today we checked the Old Gold Activity, reviewed alpha and beta decay on page 23, took notes on how a mass spectrometer works, and then played a game of Battleship to review for tomorrow's test.     HW) -   1) Study for Study for tomorrow's Unit 3 Test.     Day 37 - Monday, 10/21 - Today we completed the alpha & beta PhET simulations, took notes on nuclear reactions, and then students worked on pages 20-22 in their white packets to complete the Old Gold Activity.    HW) -   1) Finish pgs 20-22 for tomorrow.   2) Study for Wednesday's Unit 3 Test.  I will be here after school today if you need any help in preparing for Wednesday's test.  3) Element Project now due Thursday, 10/24  


    Day 36 - Friday, 10/18 - Today we had a shortened period due to the pep rally.  In class we handed back labs and discussed the post lab scenario questions.  Afterwards we took notes on the different types of radiation and watched a short videoclip on the strong force.   HW) - 1) Date Change ****Element Project due Thursday, 10/24 ***  2) Finish pages 18/19 for Monday.  3) Study for Wednesday's Unit 3 Test.


    Day 35 - Thursday, 10/17 - Today we checked the HW (14/15), took a journal quiz, introduced the concepts of ions, and then students worked on CQ3B to learn more about ions.  Afterwards students worked on page 13 of the white packet to practice what they have learned.    HW) - 1) Element Project due 10/22  2) Finish page 13 for tomorrow.

    Day 32 - Monday, 10/14 - Today we took discussed Millikan's Oil Drop Experiment, took notes on parts of the atom (section 4.3), isotopes and ions, and then completed CQ3A - Isotopes.  When finished, students worked on page 12 of the white packet.  HW) - 1) Element Project due 10/22  2) Finish pg 12.


    Day 31 - Friday, 10/11 - Today we took notes on the gold foil experiment and watched a videoclip detailing the experiment.  Afterwards, we completed the indirect observation activity by firing marbles at an unknown shape hidden beneath a piece of cardboard.    At the end of class, students worked on the computer simulation.  HW) - 1) Element Project due 10/22  2) Finish Rutherford Scattering Simulation on pg 9


    Day 30 - Thursday, 10/10 - Today we took notes / elaborated on section 4.2 of the textbook.   We watched several videoclips to help students understand how small atoms are and how Thomson's CRT experiment worked.   Students had about 10 minutes to work on their project at the end of class.  HW) - 1) Element Project due 10/22


    Day 29 - Tuesday, 10/8 - Today we discussed section 4.1 / took notes / completed page 4b together in class.  Afterwards students had the choice of reading section 4.2 in text and completing pages 4c/4d in packet or working on the Element Webpage Project.    HW) - 1) Read section 4.2 and complete pages 4c/4d in white packet.    2)  Element Project due 10/22


    Day 28 - Monday, 10/7 - Today we discussed the test results and afterwards students worked on the 4.1 textbook assignment or the ELement Webpage research project.    HW) - Read section 4.1 and complete pages 2-4 in white packet. 


    Day 27 - Friday, 10/4 - Today students took the Unit 2 Test.  HW) - Labs due on Monday.   


    Day 26 - Thursday, 10/3 - Today we worked on the postlab questions for the Length of an Oleic Acid Molecule Lab   HW - 1) Test tomorrow on Unit 2.   ** There will be an optional test review session after school on Thursday for students to drop in to ask questions  **  2) Labs are due on Monday.


    Day 25 - Wednesday, 10/2 - Today we performed the Length of an Oleic Acid Molecule Lab   HW - 1) Pages 19/20 in white packet due tomorrow.    2) Test Friday on Unit 2  ** There will be an optional test review session after school on Thursday for students to drop in to ask questions  **


    Day 24 - Tuesday, 10/1 - Today we went over the quiz results, discussed accuracy vs. precision, practiced calculating percent error, and then performed the Oleic Acid Prelab.  Students worked on pages 19/20 in their white packets.    HW - 1) Article questions are due tomorrow  2) Test Friday on Unit 2  ** There will be an optional test review session after school on Thursday for students to drop in to ask questions  **


    Day 23 - Friday, 9/27 - Today we took the unit 2 quiz.  Afterwards students chose an article and started to read and answer questions about the article.     HW - 1) Article questions are due Wednesday.    2) Test next Friday on Unit 2


    Day 22 - Thursday, 9/26 - Today we finished up the lab post lab questions, checked the 17 HW, discussed how thermometers and temperature conversions work, and then students worked on pages 15/18 in their white packets.    HW - 1) Quiz tomorrow on Unit 2.   2) Test next Friday on Unit 2 (October 4th)


    Day 21 - Wednesday, 9/25 - Today we checked page 16 - density problems. Afterwards we did the hexane ramp demo to show a "vapor" trail and also to show a gas that is more dense than water.   We then performed the density of a gas lab using dry ice.    HW - 1) Finish page 17 in white packet.  2) Unit 2 Quiz on Friday   3) Unit 2 Test next Thursday (10/3)


    Day 20 - Tuesday, 9/24 - Today we took notes on measuring volume and density.  Afterwards students worked on CQ2D and tried to identify three unknown metal cylinders by calculating their density.     HW - 1) Finish page 16 in white packet.  2) Unit 2 Quiz on Friday   3) Unit 2 Test next Thursday (10/3)


    Day 19 - Monday, 9/23 - Today we wrapped up significant figures & rounding by completing CQ2C and discussing when/where to round answers involving measurements.   Students worked on 14a/14b in white packet when completed with the ChemQuest.   HW - 1) Finish pages 14a/14b in white packet.


    Day 18 - Friday, 9/20 - Today we practiced recording measurements using various pieces of glassware, rulers, thermometers, and scales.  Afterwards we discussed the rules of rounding and students practiced rounding measurements to reduce the number of significant figures.   HW - 1) Finish pages 10,12,13 in white packet. 


    Day 17 - Thursday, 9/19 - Today we learned about how to make valid measurement by complete CQ2A and the rules of significant figures.   HW - 1) Finish page 9 in white packet.


    Day 16 - Wednesday, 9/18 - Today we discussed how to multiply/divide/add/subtract numbers in scientific notation and then we learned how to convert between metric prefixes (ex 5.0 km --> ? nm). We watched a short videoclip from the IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" video on the power of ten.   Students worked on metric conversions in their white packet.   HW - 1) Finish pages 7 - 8 in white packet.


    Day 15 - Tuesday, 9/17 - Today we discussed the results of yesterday's test.  Afterwards we introduced Unit 2 by talking about the SI system & scientific notation.  Students worked on the scientific notation review problem set in their white packets.  HW - 1) Complete Glue Lab q's for tomorrow.   2) Finish pages 2 - 5 in new white packet.


    Day 14 - Monday, 9/16 - Today students took the Unit 1 Test.  HW - 1) Complete Glue Lab q's for Wednesday.


    Day 13 - Friday, 9/13 - Today we performed the Casein Glue Lab where we made our own glue using curdled milk.  HW - 1) Study for Unit 1 Test on Monday.


    Day 12 - Thursday, 9/12 - Today we checked HW, took the chemical symbol quiz, and wrapped up the Unit 1 notes.  Students had about 15 minutes to work on pages 14/15 in their packets to start reviewing for Monday's test.  HW - 1) Pages 14/15 & Article due tomorrow.   3) Unit 1 Test on Monday.


    Day 11 - Wednesday, 9/11 - Today we discussed different types of mixtures & separation techniques.  We reviewed visualizing matter CQ1B and took a practice quiz to see how well we understand this material.   Students had a chance to start the HW to start reviewing for Monday's test.    HW - 1) Symbol quiz tomorrow.  Pages 11/12 & Article due tomorrow.   3) Unit 1 Test on Monday.


    Day 10 - Tuesday, 9/10 - Today we discussed phases of matter, phase changes, and checked out two different computer simulations to help better understand these topics.  When students were finished they worked on completing the lab report.     HW - 1) Study/memorize 40 chemical symbols.  2) Article due Thursday   3) Complete page 8 in white packet for tomorrow.



    Day 9 - Monday, 9/9 -
    Today we finished the Chemical vs. Physical Changes Lab.     HW - 1) Study/memorize 40 chemical symbols.  2) Article due Thursday   3) Complete page 5 in white packet for tomorrow.


    Day 8 - Friday, 9/6 - Today students worked on ChemQuest 1B - Visualizing & Classifying Matter.   Afterwards, they chose and started to read one of two chemistry articles.    HW - 1) Study/memorize 40 chemical symbols.  2) Article questions are due next Thursday.


    Day 7 - Thursday, 9/5 - Today we discussed physical vs. chemical changes, reviewed yesterday's chemquest, and then introduced and started the Chemical vs. Physical Changes Lab.     HW - 1) Study/memorize 40 chemical symbols.


    Day 6 - Wednesday, 9/4 - Today we discussed physical vs. chemical properties, performed a quick sparkler demo, and then students worked on ChemQuest 1A on changes in matter and classifying matter.     HW - 1) Optional extra credit game deadline is 7:30am Tomorrow.   2) Finish CQ1A if not completed in class.  3) Study/memorize 40 chemical symbols.



    Day 5 - Tuesday, 9/3
    - Today we took the safety quiz, took introductory notes on Unit 1, and then students worked on reviewing/learning about experimental design by completing the activity in their white packet.     HW - 1) Returned signed safety contract by tomorrow. 2) Finish experimental design work on pages 2-4 if not completed in class.   3) Optional extra credit game deadline is Thursday.



    Day 4 - Thursday, 8/29
    - Today we learned about the safety equipment in room 112 and how/when to use it.  We then simulated a few emergency situations.    Afterwards, students explored 27 pieces of lab equipment that we will use this year and tried to determine the names/purpose of each piece of equipment.  Afterwards we discussed and watched a video on kitchen safety/grease fires.   HW - 1) Study for Lab safety quiz on Tuesday.  2) Returned signed safety contract by Wednesday.  3) Optional extra credit game deadline is Thursday.


    Day 3 - Wednesday, 8/28 - Today we had a guest presenter "Mr. Care Less" perform a chemistry demonstration for our class.  We then discussed safety rules that we need to follow and then watched a short video on lab safety.  When finished, students worked on the MSDS activity.   HW - Complete the "About Me" video on Canvas due by Midnight.  2) MSDS assignment due tomorrow.   3) Lab safety quiz on Tuesday.


    Day 2 - Tuesday, 8/27 - Today we performed the extinguishing candle demo, discussed classroom procedures, played the name game, and then started discussing safety in the chemistry lab.   HW - Complete the "About Me" video on Canvas for Wednesday.


    Day 1 - Monday, 8/26 - Today we completed the student information sheet, learned about Mr. Lehman, discussed "What is Chemistry?", went over the course syllabus, checked out a cool demonstration, and then completed an icebreaker activity.   HW - Complete the "About Me" video on Canvas for Wednesday.
