* BoardDocs
Beginning in March 2009, the Great Valley School Board began its use of a paperless board meeting management system called BoardDocs. BoardDocs (a product of Emerald Data Solutions) was developed for school boards, local governments, private and public boards to help alleviate the task of assembling, printing, distributing, and revising agenda items and policies. BoardDocs was developed in partnership with K-12 administration and board members. In use since 2001, BoardDocs allows organizations to publish board agenda items, supporting documents and policies to the World Wide Web. Today, over 350 organizations use BoardDocs to manage their meetings and agendas.
Note: Occasionally issues requiring board action develop after the regular meeting agenda has been prepared. On those occasions, the item(s) will be added to the regular meeting agenda and will be so noted.
